Superb Stay! Definitely Coming Back
helpful staff luggage storage free water modern space
The 24-hour reception WAS GREAT. Staff helped with luggage storage, great to explore without burdens. Free drinking water from the dispenser saved us money and hassle.
The lift IS rather small. It might pose a challenge with bulky luggage

The location offered convenient access to several metro stations and bus stops. This made it easy to explore different parts of the city. Nearby supermarkets and bakeries were also useful, I really enjoyed my stay here

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues
small room sewer pipe
The location near the metro stop was alright.
The room was pretty small. The bathroom sewer pipe seemed to have issues, water flowed out onto the carpet. I did contact the front desk about this, it wasn't resolved.

a middling experience
uncomfortable pillows missing towels
the cleaning staff did not collect the coffee mugs. bath towels and bath mat went unreplaced. the pillows were uncomfortable, and the receptionist informed me that no other pillows were available.
